Packages

We’ve created a package of services to meet any budget.  It’s best to book items as soon as possible as they are available on a first come, first serve basis.  We offer diamond, ruby, emerald and sapphire packages for our clients.  Clients may also choose services a la carte.

  • Diamond Package

    In this package, you will receive our services listed in the Ruby Package plus our coordination services. This package includes the most savings too.

  • Ruby Package

    This package gives you access to our available inventory for your event. TLC’s Elegant Occasions will work with you and your vendors.

  • Emerald Package

    You have everything in the Sapphire package plus access to our inventory for all those small details. Your choice between arches and furniture in stock.

  • Sapphire Package

    You have access to our inventory for all those small details. Your choice between arches and furniture in stock. Allowed to choose a maximum of two.

Diamond Package

This package includes the most savings to make your event shine bright like a diamond! In this package, you will receive our services listed in the Ruby Package plus our coordination services.

  • TLC will take care of your day of coordination details starting at least six weeks prior to your event date.

  • We will contact your vendors, setting up a professional timeline, and setting up and tearing down your decor making sure you, your family, and friends enjoy your special day.

  • Our coordination services include: one lead coordinator, one assistant depending on guest count.

  • TLC will email a google form for you to fill out regarding details of your event.

  • After receiving those responses, TLC will schedule an in person meeting to discuss those details, such as: hair, make-up, dj, floral, photos, etc.

  • You will have access to our “preferred vendors” list. This list is compiled of all the vendors TLC has used in the past, and have a 5 star rating with previous clients. A final walkthrough meeting at the venue to discuss layout.

  • You will receive one hour of rehearsal time the day before the wedding. TLC will coordinate the bridal party, go over timing, and where to stand. Will run through the ceremony twice, and answer any questions. You will have access to my emergency kit for any unexpected needs that may come up, such as: stain on dress, headache medicines, bobby pins, make up, first aid kit, hairspray, mouthwash, and much, much, more.

  • You will have 12 hours day of wedding assistance starting from the time of set up, and coordinator will assist with vendor set up and arrival, and assist with tear down at the end of the event.

  • For an additional fee, you may add any a la carte items to include additional staff to assist on the day of wedding or an assistant to work directly with the photographer to make sure pictures are on time, and transition seamlessly.

TLC’S DIAMOND PACKAGE: $3,500

Ruby Package

This package gives you access to our available inventory for your event. TLC’s Elegant Occasions will work with you and your vendors to create a vision for your event. On the day of the event, we will work to bring your vision to fruition. We will collaborate with you to make sure your tables are styled in accordance with the vision. Our team will prepare a spreadsheet to include pictures of how each table will be set up on your special day. Then we will set up the location with your selected decor, and tear down the decor, and return to the office. TLC will alleviate the additional time needed to style your event from start to finish. This allows your family, friends, and guests to enjoy the entire day.

Inventory Includes:

Stock on hand, as all items are on a first come first serve basis. We have pipe and drape, neons, dessert stands, donut walls, champagne walls, ceremony decor, centerpieces, lawn games, vintage video games and much more!

TLC will assist with decor selections for all areas of the event.

TLC’S RUBY PACKAGE: $2,500

Emerald Package

You have everything in the Sapphire package plus access to our inventory for all those small details. Your choice between arches and furniture in stock. Allowed to choose a maximum of two. (undecorated) This package includes bud vases, fairy lights, mason jars, wine bottles with fairy lights, flower girl basket, guestbook signing pens, votive candle holders, and much more.

*Floral and greenery available for an additional fee.

TLC’S EMERALD PACKAGE: $1,500

Sapphire Package

Your choice between a wood arch, lighted, white arch, gold arch, copper arch, or gold circle arch. Arches are not decorated.

Choose up to two centerpiece options for up to twenty tables. This includes a main centerpiece such as 3 hurricane tiered vases with floating candles.

One dessert display-choose from gold cake stands, gold cake stands with beading, 6 tiered, white, cake/cupcake stand, silver platters, gold platters, or donut wall.

TLC’S ESSENTIALS PACKAGE: $800
